Monday February 11 was supposed to be a big fundraiser in New York for Democratic Congressional candidates. The New York Observer reported that House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer and Democratic Caucus Chairman Rahm Emanuel were supposed to be guests of honor at the Yale Club for the event.
